Important Dates to Remember
- Early Bird Registration Deadline: September 16, 2008
- Hotel Reservation Deadline: September 16, 2008
- Conference Registration Cancellation Deadline: September 30, 2008
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations and/or changes must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before September 30, 2008 and mailed or emailed to Gigi Gernand, ACRM National Office: Ggernand@acrm.org or 6801 Lake Plaza Dr. Suite B-205, Indianapolis, IN 46220. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. There will be a 25% fee assessed for all cancellations. Partial or full fees that have been forfeited cannot be applied to subsequent years. No requests for refunds will be accepted after September 30, 2008. Substitutions need to be approved by September 30, 2008.
