Hotel Reservation Instructions
Room Rates through September 16, 2008. Reservations can be made directly to the Delta Chelsea Hotel by calling 1-800-243-5732. Please identify yourself as an attendee of the "ACRM–ASNR Joint Educational Conference" in order to ensure the special discounted rate of $149 CDN single/double occupancy, $194 CDN deluxe room single/double occupancy. You may also make a hotel reservation online by going to http://www.deltachelsea.com/grsacrm.

Hotel room rates are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to 6% GST, 5% Ontario Provincial Tax, and 3% Destination Marketing fee in effect at the time of check in. Room rates are available three days prior to and three days after the meeting, based on availability. As is the case with all associations, the ACRM and ASNR are liable for picking up a contracted room block at our headquarter hotel. Please show your support of our annual conference by booking your room at the Delta Chelsea Hotel.

No Smoking Policy
To ensure the comfort and health of all attendees, smoking is not permitted at any of the ACRM–ASNR Joint Educational Conference functions. The Delta Chelsea Hotel is non-smoking; there is a designated smoking area outside the hotel.

Go to www.flyporter.com. Valid from 10/14 - 10/22/08. Porter Airlines flies into Toronto City Centre Airport (TCCA), from New York, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa and Québec City. TCCA is on an island, you will need to take a ferry to mainland and then access transportation.

There is an airport shuttle called Airport Express that picks up and drops off at the hotel (there is no hotel shuttle) departing every 20 to 30 minutes.
